01The problem
What gets lost today between spreadsheets, WhatsApp and the shop floor
When the office, engineering and the shop floor work from different information, delays are discovered when it is too late to fix them.
| Today | With Industric | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Progress is asked for on WhatsApp and arrives late | Operators log time and photos with their PIN at the workstation | Real progress by part and machine, without calling anyone |
| An outdated drawing is circulating on the floor | Every drawing is tied to its part and only the released revision is visible | Parts are built to the current revision |
| A machine waits for material nobody ordered | The bill of materials creates the requisition and the purchase stays tied to the project | Material is ready before work starts |
| The delay is discovered on the delivery date | The critical path and the baseline show the variance every day | There is time to reschedule and tell the customer |
02How it works
One project, start to finish, in the same system
Each stage uses the data from the one before. Nobody re-enters what another team already recorded.
Project and schedule
Create the project with its milestones and due date. The Gantt chart calculates the critical path.
WO-2026-0014Engineering and bill of materials
Assemblies, parts and consumables in a bill of materials (BoM) with their drawings and revisions.
ASM-0142Purchasing and materials
Requisition, quote, purchase order and receiving, all tied to the project.
PO-0219Shop-floor production
Work orders by part and machine. Operators log their time with a PIN.
PRT-0811Quality
Inspections against the drawing requirements. Nonconformance reports (NCRs) stay tied to the part.
NCR-0003Delivery to the customer
The customer checks milestones and deliverables in their portal, without asking for reports by email.

03The product at work
Every capability, tied to a result on the shop floor
The same sample project, seen from each module.

Parts, assemblies and revisions under control
Multi-level bill of materials: assembly, subassembly, part and consumable
BoM versions so revisions never get mixed in production
Engineering change orders (ECOs) with their impact assessed before approval
Real progress, logged where it happens
Operator sign-in with a PIN, no company email needed

07What sets it apart
Built for the shop, not adapted from something else
Industric does not replace your accounting system: it covers the technical operation that spreadsheets, ERPs and task managers leave unsolved.
| Capability | Spreadsheets and WhatsApp | Accounting ERP | Task manager | Industric |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Progress reported from the machine | Manual | No | Manual | Yes |
| Assemblies, parts and consumables (BoM) | Manual | Depends on the ERP | No | Yes |

| Invoicing, payroll and accounting | Manual | Yes | No | Stays in your ERP |
08FAQ
What people usually ask before a demo
Does Industric replace my ERP or accounting software?
No. Industric manages the technical operation: projects, engineering, shop floor, quality and purchasing. Invoicing, payroll and accounting stay in your current system.
Does it work for a small shop?
Yes. It is designed for companies that build to order, from shops with a few users to operations with several departments. Plans differ by number of projects, users and modules.
Do operators need an email address or a computer?
They do not need a company email. They sign in by picking their name and entering a numeric PIN on a tablet, a phone or a shared screen at the workstation.
Can my customers see the progress of their order?
Yes. In the customer portal they see milestones, dates and deliverables for their projects. They do not see costs, margins, purchases or suppliers.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Industric runs in the cloud and is used from the browser on a computer, tablet or shop-floor screen, with no local servers.
Can I connect AI tools to my data?
Yes. In addition to Gilby AI, you can connect assistants such as Claude, Cursor or ChatGPT through MCP, using a service account limited to the tools you authorize.
