Account and access
Sign-in, invitations and workspaces.
How do I get access to Industric?
If your company already uses Industric, an administrator sends an invitation to your email. If your company does not use it yet, access is enabled on request: request a demo and we will activate your workspace.
Related guideGetting startedHow long is an invitation valid?
The invitation is valid for 7 days. If you already have an account, the new workspace appears in your selector; if not, an account is created for your email. If the invitation has expired, ask your company's administrator to send it again.
Related guideGetting startedI am not receiving the access or verification email
Check your spam folder and look for the senders [email protected] or [email protected]. If your company filters external email, ask IT to allow them. The verification link is valid for 24 hours.
Can I have two accounts with the same email?
No. Each email maps to a single account, but that account can belong to several workspaces, with a different role in each.
How do I switch workspaces?
In the selector at the top right, click the name of the active workspace and choose another one. The platform remembers the last workspace you used.
Can I sign in with my Google account?
Yes. The office team (management, engineering, planning and purchasing) can sign in with a password or with Google. Operators and customers have their own ways to sign in.
Related guideAccess pointsWhere do I change my name, avatar or password?
In the top-right menu, go to My profile («Mi perfil»). There you also choose the channel for your notifications.
Roles and permissions
Who can view, edit and approve.
What roles exist in a workspace?
- Owner («Propietario»): full control, billing and deletion of the workspace.
- Admin: management of the team, projects, purchasing and catalogs.
- User («Usuario»): manages and edits their assigned projects.
- Viewer («Visor»): read-only across the workspace.
What are departments for?
They are a second level of permissions: Engineering, Production, Quality or Purchasing. They enable sign-offs by context, for example approving an engineering change request (ECO) or closing a nonconformance (NCR).
Related guideWorkspace managementWhat does the padlock on a feature mean?
That the feature requires a higher role (Admin or Owner) or a plan with that module enabled. Check with your workspace administrator or see what each plan includes.
How do I know what my company's plan includes?
In Settings → Plan («Ajustes → Plan») you can check active projects, members and enabled modules.

Yes. You can load tasks from Excel or CSV templates, with dependencies and machine assignments.

Related guideWorkspace managementWhat views does the schedule have?
Gantt (dependencies, critical path and durations), a task table for bulk editing, Kanban by status and a calendar of commitments and deliveries.
Related guideProject managementCan I test a date change without affecting the plan?
