Born on the shop floor, not in a boardroom
Before writing a single line of Industric, our team spent years inside make-to-order manufacturing plants — molds, CNC machining and assembly — seeing first-hand where control gets lost: spreadsheets nobody updates, schedules that stop reflecting reality a week after they are made, and purchasing decisions taken without knowing the order's real margin. Industric was born from trying to solve that for ourselves first.
