Industrial maintenance
Every service order, from site visit to final report
For companies and shops that provide industrial maintenance services to their customers: repairs, overhauls, installations and custom-made spare parts. Industric organizes every service order with its equipment, materials, hours and report.
01What happens in a maintenance contractor
Many customers, many machines and the report always last
How many hours went into this repair?
Technician hours end up on a paper sheet and the invoice goes out with whatever someone remembers.
The spare part did not arrive in time
Purchasing learns late what the order needs and the customer’s equipment stays down.
The report is written from memory
Photos, measurements and findings stay on each technician’s phone and the report takes days.
02Industry workflow
From the customer request to the delivered report
In contract maintenance every order is a short project. Each step keeps its owner, its hours, its materials and its evidence.

04FAQ
About Industric for industrial maintenance
Is Industric a preventive maintenance system (CMMS)?
No. Industric is built for companies that provide maintenance services to their customers by work order. It does not replace a CMMS for preventive plans on your own equipment.
Does it work if we also make spare parts?
Yes. A custom-made spare part is handled as another order, with its drawing, materials and machining time.
Can hours be logged on site?
Yes. Technicians log their time on the order task, whether they are in the shop or at the customer’s plant.
